This is going to be a suck it and see experiment made out of necessity. We have a rosemary bush in the back garden that has gone lanky as anything, so I've ended up with a huge amount of rosemary, with no idea what to do with the bulk of it.
The idea is to make a rosemary infused white wine (all I have in). So the plan is to put a 2" sprig of fresh rosemary into 3 bottles of white wine (Solomon Grundy pinot grigio), shake daily and test every other day, until it gets a reasonable flavour.
