Lemon Lime Bitters

A designated driver would probably appreciate something made just for them

Lemon Lime Bitters

My South African colleague introduced me to this recipe... I drank this in Australia and it is one of the most refreshing things on a hot day.

To a pint glass filled with ice, half fill with soda water.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime in and throw the juiced lime in.
Add a generous shake of Angostura Bitters.
Top up with lemonade.
Try to make it last longer than a couple of gulps.

The House of Badger Presents, the "Badger's Arse" range.

Planning- Another Youngs APA
Brewing- Kenridge showcase Amarone
Conditioning- Kenridge Showcase Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Various WoWs, Perpetual TC, Elderflower and grapefruit fizz
Drinking- Caxton's Real Ale, Youngs APA

Sounds intriguing, I'll have to give it a go in the summer. :thumb:

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.
