Just been given 2kg of plums that need using sooner rather than later. anyone have a recipe for plum port?

Had a quick search for one (I swear GA posted one a while back) but cannot find it?

Mine is elderberry with damsons, but damsons are a plum so plum will be fine. I will post the link when I am on the lapto shortly.
