This is how I did my fizzy Vimto
to make 5 ltrs
1 ltr Vimto squash
1 tsp nutrient
1 tsp yeast
Put yeast, nutrient and 4 tsp sugar in a bowl of warm water and cover.
Simmer juice in a pan for 10 mins then add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Top up pan with some cold water and then pour into DJ
Add yeast/nutrient mix to DJ
Top up DJ to 4.5 ltrs
top up DJ to 5 ltrs
fermented - hydro read 996
Batch prime with 48g sugar dissolved in half pint of water
Bottled and left to carb up.
