Hi all.
I got given some huge sticks of rhubarb today at work. I thought I could use then to make a nice tart rhubarb cider...... although I'm thinking turbo cider!
Anyone got a recipe?
I'm thinking...
2kg rhubarb (blended)
10 liters of nice apple juice (well aldi's)
5 teabags
Pectin
Cider yeast.
Thoughts would be gratefully received!
