Which of the commercial berry ciders would you guys say this is most similar to? The wife likes these but says Koppaberg mixed berries tastes like cough syrup, even though to me they all taste equally sweet. I doubt this is going to be a clone... my thought is the sweetener could have some impact because they presumably use syrup and then force-carbonate the mass-market stuff.
Shame the sweetener and yeast are not separate, so you could sweeten to taste.
