First brew on in ages, got some free pears from next doors tree, a few added apples, a litre of basics AJ, some pineapple juice from a tin, some saved yeast from a previous red wine, stored in the fridge, a teaspoon of tronozymol and away we go.
2.6 kg of pears, not a huge amount of juice only about half a gallon, so might need to top up with something.
