Dandelion

I bottled some Dandelion Wine today. I tasted it when I racked it last and it was vile.

It's now a lovely golden colour and less vile so I'm hoping with (plenty of time) it'll end up being a nice tipple.

If not well at least I enjoyed picking them :D

Cheers OB - I'll dig out the recipe and let you know.

I'm pretty sure it will come good, I could detect some niceness when I bottled it, it was just a bit bitter still. I wonder if I left a bit too much of the green base of the flowers.
