What am I brewing?

Er, I'm a bit lost.

To start I mashed 6kg pears. I fermented this on the pulp for 3 days and strained off the liquor, 1/3 into a beer, the other 2/3 into a demi john, so the extract of about 4kg pears. The OG at time of squeezing was about 1.020.

I've since added 250ml white grape concentrate, so I guess at the moment it's halfway between a perry and a pear wine with barely any alcohol.

Where should I take it from here? Maybe a weak sparkling white wine about 9% for summer drinking? I really have no idea.

I love the title ......... it kinda suggests you've lost control, also totally lacks confidence and conviction :lol:

All i know so far is it's a pear something. Hell, i could turn it into mead if i added honey...
