Crab Apple

Postby divingdavey » Mon Oct 27, 2014 17:08

I bottled 20 bottles of Crab Apple wine yesterday and they tasted good to go straight away although I will leave it for a while before drinking. There's a nice sharpness and an apple flavour.

Here's the recipe:

Dead easy brew and I find it quick and easy to pick a good weight of apples :drunk:

It's the third batch I've made, one isn't as good but I'm hoping it'll improve, if not I'll just mix it with lemonade (or lager :ill: )
