Major racking day

Today I'm racking all 8 of my brews in dj plus putting my 2 gal of blackcurrant wine into dj and starting a cellar 7 30 bottle merlot kit.
So far racked and stabilised my rice wine, quite nice, very delicate flavour, tastes like it would be a dangerous one for not noticing getting drunk. Will be bottling this tomorrow along with a couple others.
Next up is tea wine, definitely not clear yet, so just racking that one.

Will do my best, I'm terrible for remembering to post pics, not a fan of cameras (either side of the things).
Just racked the tea, definitely not finished yet, v sweet at 1020 but tastes promising, lovely floral notes to it.
Next up is the 1.5 gal elderberry.
At least it's given me an excuse to listen to my Brit Floyd dvd

Elderberry racked ready for bottling tomorrow. Wow this is a good wine, possibly the best I've ever brewed, going to take a lot of self control not to drink it all now.
Next up, nettle.

It was the recipe in First Steps by CJJB with a reality check on the sugar, it's been a year in dj since I started it. Not sure what the starting gravity was as for some reason I put 1340 (which would give 46% (as if)), as a guess I meant 1134 which would give me 19%, which still seems high
(edit to add next rack, save making a new post)
Nettle has been racked, again still a bit sweet at 1.010. Interesting flavour to this one, almost spicy, will be interesting to taste when it finally ferments out. Next up is the lemon and ginger hippy juice.

Hippy juice moved, tastes somewhere between ginger beer, ginger wine and hooch. Actually better than I expected, but still needs time. Next up is dandelion.
As a musical side note, we've moved on from Brit Floyd to Radio KAOS by Roger Waters.

Dandelion is racked, we're nearing the end. Needs a good deal more time, too sweet to get much.
Next up is the potato poor man's "brandy" wine.

The potato is racked. Shame it's reccomended to give it 2 years bulk aging, it tastes great already, although it is rocket fuel.
Last thing to rack is the blackcurrant.

It took me all afternoon.
The clarity is just patience, although a couple of them are a bit too clear for how sweet they are, hopefully not stuck ferments :scratch:

Just about to start a major bottling, racking and filtering day myself, now that I've cleared the work tops and draining board.

First off, bottling 15 litres of mixed red fruits wine from last July.
