Well finally got round to doing some brewing today and have put a few kits on. I've done a young's strawberry wine, a wine buddy chardonnay and a prohibition sloe gin. Anyone done any of these?
If it ever stops raining i might go pick some nettles as well.

The strawberry wine was one of the first wine kits I ever did. It's very nice, if I recall correctly

Can I ask was it a slow starter, mine says ferment will start in 12 hrs but so far 24hrs later an nothing it's been around 20degrees so I'm starting to worry a bit!
