best way to clean

what is the best product to use to clean my stainless pots
they have been in the shed for a couple of years

Any old non-fragranced oxyclean type product will work (washing powder stuff). I use Tescos own brand. Let it steep for half an hour then scrub with a non-scratch scourer.

2016: 330L brewed (72 gallons, over 8 firkins)
2017: 105L brewed
Drinking: store-bought beer as my bar is dry
Conditioning: choc-coffee oatmeal wheat stout, various ciders, cherry 'brett' brown ale, imperial Pilsner.
Fermenting: Bock (6.5%), IPA (5.5%), Pale Ale (4.5)

my father inlaw suggested sodium metasulphide ( i know its miss spelt sorry )

for the exterior shine bar keepers friend is a great cleaner, for the pots interiors generic unscented laundry oxi is the poormans PBW ;)
