This is my HERMS ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImagesetup which has been a marathon task but well worth the effort, still a few niggles to sort out but nothing serious.

Jesus! - That's a feckin serious setup.

2016: 330L brewed (72 gallons, over 8 firkins)
2017: 105L brewed (need to update this figure)
Drinking: Landlord clone
Conditioning: ciders from 2016, hedgerow barrolo, 1914 Courage RIS (10%).

That looks like a beast of a setup! what size is it 200L or something? Have you started a microbrewery?

The Mash Tun is 30gallon boil 20gallon, fermenters 20 gallon each with a thermal coil in between two layers of stainless, the machine in between heats and cools to .01 of a degree which is excellent. It will go to 98c down to -28c using pure glycol.
