Anyone know if i need to add pectalose to turbo cider? Its been that long since i made any i cant remember. Im planning to use the vin classe wine yeast but i do have some yeast cultured from old rosie which would be better and faster ?

I've noticed that if it's clear juice then there is no need to add it.

I've never bothered. And most of the cloudy juices are made cloudy by heat treatment, so it won't have much effect on them.

I've always added a teaspoon, turns out clear as a bell.

added the pectalose it blew its top first night and was all over my fridge. The old rosie yeast must be dead as the starter never started. I used vin classe dried yeast and its fermenting well
