I have to hand

    500g lager
    500g Munich

And the following hops, I don't know why I have so many!!

    Ammerilo. 25g at 10.5% AA
    Chinook. 45g at 13.4%
    Spalt. 100g at 5.9%.
    Tettnang 45g at 3.2%
    Hallertau. Mittlefurh 100g at 3.6%
    Wai-iti 100g at 4%

I know I'll need to buy malt and yeast but ignoring Belgium estery nastyness and hop monsters (I like IPA like Old Empire) what types can I brew that will let me use up those hops?
I'm trying to do 12-15 litre batches so I can get some variety.

Many thanks for your help and putting up with another boring post.

There isn't a lot you can do with only a kilo of base malt

please note:The use of punctuation, bold, underlining, italics, and different sized type, follows the convention used in writing, for many years, to place emphasis on the point being made, and to highlight the importance of that point in the opinion of the author. It is not the intention of the author to shout, if that was the case the author would adopt the, much more recent, convention of using all capital letters.

I am currently cold crashing a wai-iti pale ale smells bloody lovely.

I used maris otter and bit of wheat bittered with chinook (you could use spalt/hallertau i guess) then all late hop additions of wai-iti with a little left for dry hopping
