Any of you fine chaps and chappesses brewed an SNPA clone you're happy with?

I'm looking for the malt bill and hopping schedule more than anything as I've got a pile of opened american hops in the freezer than I'm just going to play with.

What JimmyB posted is Mysterio's recipe, you can get the kit here:

(Although the base malts look a bit dark in JimmyB's recipe)

I made the MM's kit a bit ago and its in the bottle now. Just need a couple of weeks to hopefully let you know Its had good reviews from what i've seen though!

Yep Mysterio's recipe is great

I have done mysterios. It certainly benefitted from a bit of age. Got another sitting in the keg as we speak.

I had a bash at one of these last week. There's a recipe on the northernbrewer forum somewhere, the guy who posted it had spoken with someone from the brewery, so had inside info on hop times and so on
