It's got a load of ingredients that I like the look of!!
I need to focus my brewing at the moment on just building stock of "house" beers but later in the year I'd definitely have a pop at something like this.
I will however seek out a bottle or seven, just because it sounds lovely...

sounds too hoppy and too bitter for a mild , will the malt forward be there ? Certainly no perceived sweetness ( or low bitterness ) . would like to try a bottle but not brew a batch .

Sounds really nice, tried to make something along the lines of "Nanny State" on the old place. Works fairly OK but you need to drink these low grav, hoppy beers fast as they fade quickly!

never understood these super milds, clue's in the friggin name really, shouldn't they just be caramel-fruity but lightly flavoured?

Don't get too hung up on the style. It is the usual BD marketing guff.
I've run a rought draft through Beersmith - All Day Longer
I have for a 19l batch 2kg of pale, 250g of munich and Carared and 100g of the remaining grains for an OG of 1.033.
I have 25g Columbus @10 and 20g of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial @5 for 31 IBU.
I'm thinking to mash high 68-69°c for 60 mins max.
Any suggested changes?

I might be tempted to increase the grain and the mash temps a bit - I'm guessing they leave a fair bit of unfermentables to give it some body and to cut through that relatively high bitterness.
No idea on the ratios though, I might be tempted to boost all the speciality malts except the crystals a bit, and increase the rye to around 10%, not sure you'll get any of the "bite" the rye gives at only 3.5%?
If it's a brew dog you probably need about 1kg of flame out or dry hops too won't you?

Be interesting to see how it turns out

I'll try it. I've never made a beer under 4%. I've got all those hops and my local brewery might have the Carared and Munich Malt that I don't have. I just used some Rye and wondered when I might get a chance to use it again
Also it's unlike anything I've done. Always one for a new trick
What yeast ?

I Just used standard rehydrated Nottingham. It finished in three days and hit the expected 1.011.

Hang on. I can't find a 90 minute hop. Do we get enough IBU's from 10 min etc hop additions?

Nice one. I'll be making my 2nd batch of this soon with more late hop additions. It was pretty hoppy tbh but I want that Brewdog extravagance in my next batch.
Well jealous of your midweek brewday

You might get a few more IBUs out of Columbus if temp >80°c which would be fine given the small amount.

It didn't last long. It was easily the first corny that was excellent until the last drop.
I'm be making a 2nd iteration with 100g more carapils and double the amount of flameout hops for that Brewdog punch.

Well, mine was very nearly lovely. I got too many IBUs and it's hidden what should have been some good malts. Not helped I think by the fact it came out a bit dry.
Still, I'm not put off cus I can tell there's a really nice beer in there somewhere, I just didn't quite find it.
A bottle is ready for you Ant. See if you feel the same.
