Recipes for yeast t-58

the guy from the store where i buy the products, sold me some things out of date......i gave it back, and when he replaced me the things in order, he compensate me with some yeast.....one of them were some packs of t-58 from brewferm! i was reading about the caracter of this yeast, and i would like to have some recipes where it would suite.

as ingredients i have:
Malts:
pale ale
munich
vienna
wheat
special b
carapils, caramunich II, carared, carablond
chocolat, black patent, roasted barley
flaked wheat, flaked oats

Hops:
cascade, amarillo, centenial, styriam goldings, crystal, ekg, hersbrucker, saaz, magnum, northern brewer


help is needed, mates!! :pray:

Planning: Raspberry Witbier, , Bitter, Porter
FV1: BIAB#41 Robust Porter
FV2:
FV3:
keg1:BIAB#39 American ipa
keg2: BIAB#38 BEST BITTER
bottled and conditioning: BIAB#37 blonde ale,
drinking: BIAB#27 American pale ale
Barril de carvalho francês (French oak barrel) fermention stage: 500L of rose wine

There is a reason you were given T-58 for free ;)
You could try a Saison using any quantity of these:

pale ale
munich
vienna
wheat

Noble hops to 30 IBU.

I had a bash at this Pannepot clone recipe recently. Apparently the brewery use t,-58, so I did too. It's still fermenting, so I can't comment on my results, but the beer it's based on is a belter

If you look at the malt millers site, he is doing a kit called Belgian Blond (you can get the recipe there also) for which he includes a sachet of T58

Interesting, i bought some T58 yeast as it was on sale, was trying to decide what to use it on
