I got sent 100g of 14%AA chinook by mistake as I wanted cascade. I brew 12ltr batches. Other than stone arrogant bastard is there any other recipes that uses a decent amount of chinook.

St austell proper job uses equal quantities of cascade willamette and Chinnock. Very nice well balanced pint.

Cheers mick. The recipe I'm looking at is the same quantities minus the horrified wheat but in 12ltr batch so should give about 7.7%.
Is 100g too much in a batch that small?

4200g M.O
300g Special B
100g Chinook split
40g 60 min
20g 45min
20g 15min
20g 1min
